At omoraluxe.com one of our main goals is to focus on high quality and secure shipping options - so that our customers can sit back and relax until they enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.
To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we have decided to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save enormous amounts of storage, transport and packaging costs and offer you the products at a reasonable price.
Since we ship directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 8 to 15 working days to Germany and Austria.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two important components:
1) Processing time (1-4 working days):

2) Delivery time (depending on destination 7-11 working days):

Total estimated delivery time:
Germany 8–15 working days* (standard shipping)
Austria 8–15 working days* (standard shipping)
The delivery time is calculated from the time of collection from our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery location.
* All delivery times stated above are exclusive of customs duties and associated delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
As a special service, we currently offer our customers free standard shipping worldwide.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After the package is packed, it will be handed over to our transport company and you will receive a tracking email.
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.
As soon as your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return it? Then take a look at the following page:
Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, your product can be damaged during transport. For this reason, we always send a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase price.
Package lost?
In the event that a package is lost or undelivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before forwarding it to us

Import duties: In some cases, customs will carry out checks on the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation was changed on July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on it. In some cases, customs may claim a small amount of import costs. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. Are customs fees still payable? Please contact us.
Delivery not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, we will cover the costs of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery person and they will be entitled to €8 of the amount you returned.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE TRACKING NOT WORKING?
In some cases it may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the package location. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
